The End is Near...
For your basement renos that is...as of June 18 we will have our carpets installed (hopefully) and it will be an end to the headaches and dust that is renovations! we also bought a new sectional from Mobler and will have that delivered two days later.
As for the leaking basement...luckily it has not rained very hard and it has been dry. We booked someone to install weeping tile and sump pump so we will never have to worry about the basement again!!! I did however, have to tear open the drywall and take out the rotting floor board and replaced it. Hopefully there won't be too much water before the weeping gets put in!
Once all is said and done.....LET'S PARTY!!!!!!

The last 2 years has really been the year of boys.
i only know of 2 girls born, but 6 boys for the other moms i know....ccraazzy.
